We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards.

We will be happy to submit dental claims to your insurance carrier. We do estimate the portion that is the patient’s responsibility and expect this to be paid at the time services are rendered. If, for any reason, the insurance company does not pay their expected portion, we will bill you for the non-covered amount.

Dr. DiStefano participates with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield Dental Insurance and Delta Dental Insurance.

Financial arrangements can be made to make necessary treatment affordable. This must be discussed with the Office Manager prior to the start of treatment.
